Partmaster

Partmaster has 17 branches nationwide. As the largest independently owned Automotive Parts Wholesaler and Retailer in New Zealand, Partmaster offers a huge range of quality parts, tools, lubricants and accessories. However their B2C online presence was non-existent, so they approached Onfire to create a new E-Commerce store.

With such a massive product range it was important to ensure the site navigation was easy to use, ensuring less clicks to purchase. A unique part finder tool was developed enabling users to quickly locate parts specific to their car make and model. For those customers wanting to visit in store, an interactive dealer locator was introduced.

The site was built using Magento CMS, and is fully responsive so it can be accessed from any desktop or mobile device. Onfire’s Aaron Conder, developed a series of APIs to enable the website to talk to Partmaster’s internal systems.

Deliverables included Art Direction, Photography, UX and UI Design, API and Website Development.
