Southmach is a manufacturing and electronics show held in Christchurch, New Zealand. Onfire’s Sam Allan spent the day with the team from Aotea Machinery, the distributor for Haas, Arburg and Trumpf machinery. On display was a wide range of specialist machinery, ranging from large waterjet systems, to brake presses, electronics to smaller cutting machinery.

Brand identity refresh for Freeway Floats and Trailers. Freeway had been using the same logo since the 1980’s and when new owners took over they approached Onfire to update the brand.

Onfire Design owner, Sam Allan, has been a self-confessed bike “fanatic” for most of his life, with over 20 years’ experience in the bike industry. So when four time Tour de France racer, Kiwi Eric McKenzie, wanted to take his fledgling EMC bike brand to a new, international level he went straight to Sam and Onfire Design. Their shared passion was a powerful platform for success.
